Snowshoe Mountain Resort
(Pocahontas County, West Virginia)
Located about two and a half hours from Morgantown near Washington, D.C., Snowshoe is home to 257 acres of skiable terrain, 1500 vertical feet, 60 trails and some of the best snow around. The Village of Snowshoe features several options for eating, shopping and lodging.

Canaan Valley Resort
(Tucker County, West Virginia)
Located two hours from Morgantown in Canaan Valley State Park, Canaan Valley Resort receives approximately 180 inches of snowfall annually. Catering to skiers and snowboarders alike, Canaan Valley Resort offers 47 trails that range from beginner to advanced levels. The resort also offers a family-friendly 1,200-foot snow tubing park.

Winterplace
(Raleigh County, West Virginia)
Located three hours from Morgantown and just five minutes off I-77, Exit 28, Winterplace offers 27 trails and a terrain park on 90 acres of skiable terrain. All runs have 100% snowmaking capabilities. Winterplace also offers West Virginia's largest snow tubing park.
