To simplify the application process, you can create a profile in WVUHire. This will store all of your resume and personal information, so when you apply for an individual position, your general information will automatically populate.
Internal applicants are current, benefits-eligible employees of WVU. Student workers, temporary workers and any other applicants are considered external candidates.
If you have forgotten your login information or are locked out of your profile, you can reset your password. When you get to the login screen, click “Forgot your password?” or “Forgot your user name?” as applicable.
To apply for a specific position, click the title of the position and then click “Apply” at the bottom of the job description.
You can attach documents such as a resume or cover letter to your profile or a specific job submission. To do so, you will need to click the “Browse” button, select the appropriate files and click “Attach.”
